Management Team

The Net2Globe, Inc. management team brings a broad range of industry
experience and training from both energetic small firms and experienced
industry leaders.

With over 70 combined years of experience in customer service, support, and
telecommunications, the key collaborators possess the highest discipline in
the call center industry. They bring established standards consistent with
the market's operational processes, procedures and structures. Additionally,

our paramount focus is the pinnacle of total customer care; producing highly

developed Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in terms of product
information, professionalism, quality of work, with emphasis on the use of
the English language and voice clarity. We expect our staff to take pride in

what they do and to represent our clients with the utmost integrity.

Anthony Batté. Mr. Batté is an established entrepreneur and innovator, as
well as a top engineering innovator. His background includes operations,
financial and new product development. He is the founder of several
successful start-up companies and products to the telecommunication field
and brings over ten years of experience in management and technology within
the telecommunications sector to this endeavor. Most recently, Mr. Batté was

one of the founders and Chief Operations Officer for Net2Globe, a
telecommunication company which provides voice and data termination world
wide using "Voice over Internet Protocol" (VOIP). In 1993, Mr. Batté
co-founded Cal Star Technologies a telecommunications company, which
manufactured equipment for payphones and wireless prepaid calling cards.

Mr. Batté received his MBA in 1990, Cum Laude, from National University and
his BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. Mr. Batté has
residences in both California and the Philippines. He possesses an intimate
understanding of the Asian (Philippines) and American business environments,

with the ability to merge differing philosophies into successful common
objectives. Anthony has been granted two US Patents and has published
numerous articles and technical papers.

Charlie Doroin, Operations Manager. Charlie Doroin took up Business
Administration from the University of the Philippines. His first job was at
eTelecare as an agent taking tech support calls for a Fortune 500 client.
Later on, he was a trainer for Connect2, Inc.

He began his Net2Globe career as an Implementation Supervisor, reviewing
potential campaigns and devising training programs for the ones Net2Globe
took on. Additionally, as Implementation Supervisor, he oversaw the use of
the different IT solutions and the way they were used. Finally, Charlie was
at the forefront of the recruitment process, spearheading the hiring of key
personnel.

Charlie has since moved on to become the Operations Manager of Net2Globe,
serving as the right arm of the COO and CEO. He has taken a larger role in
the administrative functions as well as shaping strategy to take Net2Globe
into the next decade.

Oliver Ofiana, Account Manager. Oliver Ofiana is a Bachelor of Science
graduate, majoring in Information Technology and Multimedia. He has lived
and studied in Canada and New Zealand. He started as a Technical Support
Representative for Convergys, Philippines in 2004, and then came on board
with Net2Globe Interlink, Inc. as an outbound agent in 2005. He became a
team leader for several of the company's pioneer campaigns until he moved on

to manage the company's inbound division as an Account Manager.
